A Leading Voice in Women's Midlife Health

For more than two decades, Dr. Susan Hardwick-Smith has been helping women reclaim their health, vitality, confidence, and sense of possibility in midlife and beyond. A board-certified gynecologist, Certified Menopause Practitioner, author, educator, and founder of Complete Midlife Wellness Center, Dr. Susan has dedicated her career to empowering women with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to thrive.

After building one of the nation's most successful women's healthcare practices, she launched Complete Midlife Wellness Center with a singular mission: to help women approach menopause and the second half of life not as a decline, but as an opportunity for reinvention, strength, and full aliveness.

Today, Dr. Susan's work extends far beyond the exam room. Through her books, podcast, speaking engagements, media appearances, and digital platforms, she reaches a growing community of more than 200,000 women seeking trusted, evidence-based guidance on hormones, longevity, sexual wellness, and healthy aging.

She is also actively involved in advancing the science of women's midlife health through research collaborations, including work with researchers affiliated with Baylor College of Medicine exploring hormone therapy, sexuality, and women's health outcomes.

Whether caring for patients, speaking on stage, conducting research, or educating online, Dr. Susan remains committed to one purpose: helping women live longer, healthier, more vibrant lives—and to embrace midlife as one of life's most powerful chapters.

I just felt like taking a moment to tell you how much your content means to me. I've been following your channel from New York for quite some time. There's a certain warmth and authenticity in your content that's hard to find. Your channel has slowly become one of my favorites, and I genuinely look forward to every upload.

I've learned so much from Dr. Susan's podcast. It's one of the few places where I feel like I'm getting real answers instead of opinions or social media trends. She explains things in a way that just makes sense — grounded in science but still warm and relatable.

JoAnne O. — Podcast Listener

"

Today marks two years of being cancer free! After watching your podcasts and completing the Midlife Master Class, I now have the wisdom and courage to feel at peace with my decision to go back on HRT. It was as if someone turned the light switch back on! Estrogen really does matter, and I can feel how it has transformed my entire body.

Debbie E. — Patient & Community Member

"

I first came across you during a TV news interview and immediately wanted to hear more. Thank you for making women's health feel so much less confusing. Everything you share feels thoughtful, practical, and grounded in science. Even though I live in Miami, you've become one of the voices I trust most.
